ourplayhub(이하 "회사", https://ourplayhub.com)는 모바일 앱 Arcanum Dream(이하 "앱")을 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집하고 어떻게 이용·보관하는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 꿈 일기 — 이용자가 앱에 기록한 꿈 내용, 제목, 감정, 상징 태그. 이 정보는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 타로 리딩 기록 — 이용자가 뽑은 카드, 선택한 스프레드, 입력한 질문과 메모, 오늘의 카드 연속 기록, 선택한 생년월일(탄생 카드용). 이 정보 역시 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- AI 심층 해몽·리딩 요청 — 이용자가 AI 해석 기능을 사용할 때, 해당 일기의 텍스트·감정·상징 정보 또는 해당 리딩의 질문·스프레드·카드 정보가 해석 생성을 위해 회사의 서버를 거쳐 AI 제공사(Google Gemini API)로 전송됩니다. 요청은 계정 식별 정보 없이 처리되며, 회사는 요청 내용을 저장하지 않습니다.
- 광고 식별자 — 광고 제공을 위해 Google AdMob이 기기의 광고 식별자(GAID/IDFA) 및 기기 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 앱 첫 실행 시 Google의 동의 관리 플랫폼(UMP)을 통해 동의를 받으며, 설정 화면에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
- 이용 통계 — 서비스 개선을 위해 Google Firebase Analytics가 앱 사용 이벤트(화면 조회, 기능 사용 여부, 구매 완료 여부 등), 기기 모델·운영체제·앱 버전, 대략적인 위치(국가·도시 단위), 앱 인스턴스 식별자를 수집합니다. 꿈 일기의 본문과 타로 질문·메모는 수집하지 않으며, 이름·이메일 등 이용자를 직접 식별하는 정보와 결합하지 않습니다.
- 오류 보고 — 앱이 비정상 종료될 때 Google Firebase Crashlytics가 오류 내용, 발생 시각, 기기·운영체제 정보, 앱 상태를 수집합니다. 이는 문제 원인을 찾아 고치는 데에만 사용됩니다.
- 구매 정보 — 인앱 결제 시 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store가 결제를 처리하며, 회사는 결제 수단 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 꿈 일기·타로 리딩 기록 저장·조회·통계 제공 (기기 내)
- AI 심층 해몽·리딩 결과 생성
- 광고 제공 및 광고 제거·프리미엄 구매 상태 확인
- 알림 설정 시 꿈 기록 리마인더 발송 (기기 내 로컬 알림)
- 기능 사용 현황 분석과 오류 원인 파악을 통한 서비스 개선
3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
- Google LLC — AdMob 광고 제공, Gemini API 해석 생성, Firebase Analytics·Crashlytics 이용 통계 및 오류 분석 (Google 개인정보처리방침, Firebase 개인정보 및 보안)
- Google Play / Apple App Store — 인앱 결제 처리
회사는 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
4. 보관 및 파기
꿈 일기와 타로 리딩 기록은 이용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. AI 해몽·리딩 요청 데이터는 응답 생성 후 회사 서버에 남지 않습니다. Firebase Analytics의 이용 통계는 최대 14개월, Crashlytics 오류 보고는 90일 동안 보관된 뒤 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 앱 내에서 언제든 기록을 수정·삭제할 수 있으며, 기기 설정에서 광고 추적을 제한하거나 광고 식별자를 재설정할 수 있습니다(iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적, Android: 설정 → Google → 광고). 이용 통계 및 오류 보고 데이터의 삭제를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.
6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 방침의 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 게시하며, 중요한 변경은 앱 내에서 안내합니다.

Arcanum Dream Privacy Policy
Effective: October 1, 2026
ourplayhub ("we", https://ourplayhub.com) operates the mobile app Arcanum Dream (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used and stored.
1. Information we collect
- Dream journal — the dream text, title, mood and symbol tags you record. This data is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
- AI interpretation requests — when you use the AI interpretation feature, the text, mood and symbols of that entry are sent through our server to the AI provider (Google Gemini API) to generate the interpretation. Requests carry no account identifier and we do not store their contents.
- Advertising identifiers — Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID (GAID/IDFA) and device information to serve ads. In the EEA, UK and other regions that require consent, we ask for it on first launch through Google's User Messaging Platform and you can change your choice at any time from the Settings screen.
- Usage analytics — to improve the App, Google Firebase Analytics collects app usage events (screen views, feature usage, purchase completion), device model, OS and app version, coarse location (country/city level) and an app-instance identifier. The text of your dream journal is never collected, and this data is not combined with information that directly identifies you such as a name or email.
- Crash reports — if the App crashes, Google Firebase Crashlytics collects the error details, time, device and OS information and app state, used only to diagnose and fix the problem.
- Purchases — in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your payment details.
2. How we use it
- Saving, showing and summarising your dream journal (on device)
- Generating AI interpretations
- Serving ads and verifying ad-free / premium entitlements
- Local daily reminders, if you enable them
- Understanding feature usage and diagnosing errors to improve the App
3. Third parties
- Google LLC — AdMob advertising, Gemini API, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (Google Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy and Security)
- Google Play / Apple App Store — payment processing
We do not sell personal data and do not share it except as required by law.
4. Retention
Journal entries stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. AI request data is not retained on our server after the response is generated. Firebase Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and Crashlytics reports for 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
5. Your rights
You can edit or delete entries in the App at any time, and limit ad tracking or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). To request deletion of analytics or crash data, contact us below.
6. Children
The App is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
Updates are posted on this page; material changes are announced in the App.
