Arcanum Dream 이용약관

1. 서비스

Arcanum Dream(이하 "앱")은 ourplayhub(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 꿈 해몽·꿈 일기·타로 리딩 앱입니다. 앱을 설치·이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.

2. 콘텐츠의 성격

앱의 해몽·타로 콘텐츠와 AI 해석은 전통 상징과 심리학적 관점을 바탕으로 한 참고·오락 목적의 정보이며, 의학·심리·재정·법률 등 전문 상담을 대체하지 않습니다. 이를 근거로 한 판단과 행동의 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

3. 유료 서비스

• 앱은 광고 제거(1회 결제) 및 프리미엄 구독(월간·연간)을 제공합니다.
• 구독은 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신되며, 해지는 Google Play 또는 App Store 계정 설정에서 할 수 있습니다.
• 환불은 각 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다.

4. 지식재산권

앱의 일러스트, 텍스트, 디자인 등 모든 콘텐츠의 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 앱이 제공하는 공유 기능을 통한 개인적·비상업적 공유는 허용됩니다.

5. 이용자의 의무

이용자는 앱을 역설계하거나 무단 복제·배포해서는 안 되며, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.

6. 책임의 제한

회사는 앱의 중단, 오류, 데이터 손실(기기 변경·삭제 등)에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 꿈 일기와 타로 리딩 기록은 기기에만 저장되므로 백업은 이용자의 책임입니다.

7. 약관의 변경

회사는 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

Arcanum Dream Terms of Service

Effective: October 1, 2026

1. Service

Arcanum Dream (the "App") is a dream-interpretation and dream-journal app provided by ourplayhub ("we"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the content

Dream interpretations and AI-generated readings are for reference and entertainment only. They are based on traditional symbolism and psychological perspectives and are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Decisions you make based on them are your own responsibility.

3. Paid features

• The App offers a one-time ad-removal purchase and monthly/yearly premium subscriptions.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
• Refunds follow the policies of the respective store.

4. Intellectual property

All illustrations, text and design in the App belong to us. Personal, non-commercial sharing through the App's share feature is permitted.

5. Your obligations

You may not reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute the App, or use it in ways that infringe the rights of others.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, errors or data loss (for example when changing or resetting a device). Journal entries are stored only on your device; backing them up is your responsibility.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
