ourplayhub 이용약관

1. 적용

본 약관은 ourplayhub(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 웹사이트와 모바일 앱(이하 "서비스")에 적용됩니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. 개별 앱은 별도의 약관을 둘 수 있으며 그 경우 개별 약관이 우선합니다.

2. 콘텐츠의 성격

회사의 앱이 제공하는 해몽, 타로, 상징 해석 등은 전통 상징과 심리학적 관점에 바탕한 참고·오락 목적의 정보이며 의학·심리·재정·법률 등 전문 상담을 대체하지 않습니다.

3. 유료 서비스

  • 앱은 광고 제거, 구독 등 유료 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다.
  • 구독은 기간 종료 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신되며, 해지와 환불은 Google Play 및 App Store의 정책과 절차를 따릅니다.

4. 지식재산권

서비스의 일러스트, 텍스트, 디자인, 소프트웨어의 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 앱이 제공하는 공유 기능을 통한 개인적·비상업적 공유는 허용됩니다.

5. 이용자의 의무

이용자는 서비스를 역설계·무단 복제·배포하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.

6. 책임의 제한

회사는 서비스의 중단, 오류, 기기 변경·삭제로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 앱 내 기록은 기기에만 저장되므로 백업은 이용자의 책임입니다.

7. 약관의 변경

회사는 약관을 변경할 수 있으며 변경 시 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

ourplayhub Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to the website and mobile apps (the "Services") provided by ourplayhub ("we"). By using the Services you agree to them. Individual apps may publish their own terms, which take precedence.

2. Nature of the content

Dream interpretations, tarot readings and symbol explanations in our apps are for reference and entertainment, based on traditional symbolism and psychological perspectives. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

3. Paid features

  • Apps may offer paid features such as ad removal and subscriptions.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation and refunds follow Google Play and App Store policies.

4. Intellectual property

Illustrations, text, design and software in the Services belong to us. Personal, non-commercial sharing through in-app share features is permitted.

5. Your obligations

Do not reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute the Services, or use them to infringe the rights of others.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, errors or data loss from device changes or deletion. In-app records are stored only on your device; backups are your responsibility.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
