ourplayhub(이하 "회사", https://ourplayhub.com)는 모바일 앱과 웹사이트를 운영하며 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 본 방침은 회사의 웹사이트와 앱 전반에 적용되며, 개별 앱은 별도의 방침을 둘 수 있습니다 (예: Arcanum Dream).

1. 수집하는 정보

  • 웹사이트 — 회사 웹사이트는 회원가입이나 로그인을 제공하지 않으며, 이용자가 이메일로 문의할 때 보낸 내용 외에는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 언어 설정은 브라우저에만 저장됩니다.
  • 앱 내 기록 — 이용자가 앱에 남기는 기록(예: 꿈 일기)은 기기에만 저장되며 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
  • AI 기능 — 앱의 AI 해석 기능을 사용할 때 해당 텍스트가 해석 생성을 위해 회사 서버를 거쳐 AI 제공사(Google Gemini API)로 전송됩니다. 계정 식별 정보 없이 처리되며 저장되지 않습니다.
  • 이용 측정 — 웹사이트는 Cloudflare Web Analytics로 페이지 조회수를 집계할 수 있습니다. 쿠키를 쓰지 않으며 개인을 식별하지 않습니다.
  • 광고 — 웹사이트의 Google AdSense와 앱의 Google AdMob이 쿠키 또는 광고 식별자(GAID/IDFA)와 기기 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.
  • 결제 — 인앱 결제는 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store가 처리하며 회사는 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 제공 및 위탁

법령에 따른 요청을 제외하고 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 보관 및 파기

앱 내 기록은 이용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 문의 메일은 응대 완료 후 1년 이내 파기합니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 앱 내에서 기록을 수정·삭제할 수 있고, 기기 설정에서 광고 추적을 제한할 수 있으며, 아래 연락처로 개인정보 관련 요청을 할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

회사의 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

ourplayhub ("we", https://ourplayhub.com) operates mobile apps and this website. This policy applies to the website and our apps in general; individual apps may publish their own policy (e.g. Arcanum Dream).

1. Information we collect

  • Website — no sign-up or login; we collect nothing beyond what you send us by email. Your language choice is stored only in your browser.
  • In-app records — anything you record in our apps (e.g. a dream journal) is stored only on your device and never uploaded.
  • AI features — when you use an AI reading, that text is sent through our server to the AI provider (Google Gemini API) to generate the result. Requests carry no account identifier and are not stored.
  • Usage measurement — the website may count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you.
  • Advertising — Google AdSense (website) and Google AdMob (apps) may collect cookies or advertising identifiers (GAID/IDFA) and device information.
  • Purchases — in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never receive payment details.

2. How we use it

  • Providing app features (on-device storage, stats, reminders)
  • Generating AI readings
  • Serving ads and verifying paid entitlements
  • Answering your messages

3. Third parties

4. Retention
